Nasrin Chowdhury filed her evacuation report for the Meghna Garment Complex at 4:17 p.m. on April 23rd, 2013, only for management to order night operations to proceed as usual just hours later. Soon after, the eight-story building collapsed, taking the lives of 1,134 workers.
