HE REJECTED THE OFFER IN NOVEMBER. THE BOARD REVERSED IN FEBRUARY WITHOUT NEW TERMS. HIS SIGNED REJECTION IS STILL IN THE DRAWER.
I have the rejection letter in my drawer. Signed by all twelve of us on November 17, 1999, we deemed the offer substantially undervalued. Three months later, we reversed our stance and recommended acceptance without any changes to the terms.
