Dominic Harland, lead attorney for Grayvault Capital Management, filed the same application for a Bitcoin ETF three times between 2021 and 2022, only to face varying rejections from the SEC. After a court petition, the SEC approved the same application they had previously denied, raising questions about regulatory fairness.
