I FILED THE COLUMN REPORT ON APRIL 11TH. THEY SCHEDULED A BOARD REVIEW FOR JULY 3RD. THE BUILDING FELL JUNE 29TH.
I have the report in front of me. Report SE-041195 identified fourteen load-bearing columns with vertical fractures and recommended urgent intervention, but the management failed to act decisively, leading to the building's catastrophic collapse just days before the scheduled review.
