Graham Weiland, a devoted shareholder for thirty years, voted against Marcus Eisenhart on March 3, 2004, resulting in a historic 43% of shareholders withholding their votes at Storycastle Entertainment. Despite this perceived shareholder revolt, the recorded vote inexplicably contradicted his action, casting doubt on the integrity of the voting process.
